Parents and teachers

Red String Lab teaches data and AI literacy to ages 13 and up. Every case is a short investigation that ends with something the student built.

Safety rules we follow

• Each case lists its tools, which ones need an adult’s account, and a free alternative.
• Real data stays anonymous. We ask for no names, no emails and no school names.
• We show no faces and no real names, and we publish nothing made by a young person without written parent consent.
• Email signups are for parents or other adults only. We do not collect personal data from teens.

What adult help is needed

Mostly none. Some tools need an account, and we say so at the top of each case.
